Dear Readers—

DARK WARRIOR UNLEASHED is all polished and off to the printers now, and the reviews are starting to appear online. So far, so good! I'm so glad the book is being released the week of the Romance Writers' of America National Conference in San Francisco. There's a huge booksigning every year to raise money for literacy, so I'll have my brand new book, hot off the presses to show off.

Of course, only a week or so later in August, THE MAMMOTH BOOK OF VAMPIRE ROMANCES will be released. It will be the perfect book for me to read out on the deck this summer. I can't wait to see what gems the other authors have penned for me to enjoy.

I'm just finishing up some minor revisions on DARKNESS UNKNOWN, Jarvis's story. I'm so happy with how the book turned out. I love Gwen Mosely, the heroine, and I think Jarvis is long overdue for a bit of happiness in his life.

I've turned in the manuscript for the second Talion book, with Sandor Kearn as the hero. It was interesting to see him come to terms with the changes in his life because of the events in DARK WARRIOR UNLEASHED. And now I'm starting on the sixth Paladin book. The hero is Hunter Fitzsimon. He appeared briefly (an nameless) in Trahern's book when he rushed out into the cavern wearing only flannel pajama bottoms. He's one of those characters I could just see so clearly from the very first moment. You'll get to see him again in DARKNESS UNKNOWN, as well.
